MSE Update 10.40am, Tue 17 Feb: Originally it was available at 33 of its hotels, however most are now full with only two hotels (Bristol and Glasgow) still with places, so go quick.Stuck for ideas to entertain your sprogs over half-term? Novotel is offering totally free one-hour activity sessions for kids aged 5-11 years old at its hotels on Sat 21 Feb for a 'Super Heroes Day'.
You'll need to book in advance. You can choose either a 1pm-2pm or 4pm-5pm session. Booking will close on Fri 20 Feb, if places don't fill up beforehand.
Activities will be based around arts and crafts, healthy eating and saving the planet. Parents don't have to take part in the activities, but they'll have to stay with their children.
Group sizes will vary between hotels. There is no dress code, but the little ones can dress up as a super hero if they like.

From 5.50pm on Wed 14 Jun, hotel chain Novotel is offering 100,000 £50 standard rooms – but you'll have to be quick as the offer ends after only 50 minutes, at 6.40pm.
To book, visit this Novotel link when the deal starts. You can get the cheap rooms at all 35 Novotel hotels in England, Scotland and Wales for stays between Sat 1 Jul and Sun 28 Jan 2018 (incl weekends), but not all dates are available at every hotel. While it couldn't give us a list of blackout dates, with similar deals in the past, we've seen popular times such as school holidays and Christmas excluded.The £50 rooms, which are non-refundable, are spread randomly across all hotels and available dates so it could be a bit of pot luck and involve some trial and error to find the cheap rooms on the dates you want. You'll likely have a better chance of grabbing a £50 room the more flexible you can be.
How much can I save?
Rooms normally start from £120 so you can sleep easy knowing you've bagged a big saving, though always compare prices at other hotels. Breakfast isn't included – the price varies per hotel.
Novotel says you can make more than one booking with this offer and it's possible to book multiple nights that include £50 rooms.
