Ongoing

Sign up for weekly classes nationwide. For ages 11-16

Girls aged 11-16 years old can get totally free fitness classes at Nuffield Health clubs (find your nearest) when signing up to its Move Together scheme. The classes are designed to get young girls engaged and enjoying physical activity, as well as building confidence.

To take part, check Nuffield Health online to find your nearest class, then sign up or log in to book your free class. It doesn't matter if parents are members of Nuffield Health – any girl can take part in the free sessions, although parents will need to consent to participation for girls aged 11 and 12 years old.

Classes are between 45 minutes to one hour long, and are a mixture of cardio and weights. Nuffield Health told us there are over 100 sessions per week across the clubs, and classes vary from circuits to Zumba, and yoga to HIIT. All classes include a warm-up and cool down.

FREE three-day Nuffield Health pass

Valid at 90+ gyms

Try before you buy, or should that be, get fit without needing to commit – Nuffield Health is offering a FREE three-day gym pass at most of its fitness centres during March.

How to get this deal... You'll need to be a first time visitor in order to get this pass. If you are, go online to Nuffield Health and fill in a form (you'll need to provide your full name, email and mobile number). You'll then be sent a booking confirmation which you'll need to take with you when you attend the gym during your trial period. Photographic ID will be required upon attendance.

When's it valid? Until Monday 31 March, though you have to claim the three days consecutively, so plan ahead for three days when you can attend back-to-back.

How good is this deal? We reckon this is a decent offer as Nuffield Health day passes usually cost between £10-£20, so this is a great way to test out the facilities before locking in a membership. It tends to offer one to three day gym passes a handful of times a year.

Exclusions... You can't use the pass at Barbican, Battersea, Chigwell, City, Fulham, Ilford, Kingston, Paddington, Romford, Shoreditch, Wandsworth Southside, Wimbledon or Wolves. You won't be able to book group exercise classes with this pass.

There's a little-known piece of legislation that turns any credit card into a financial self-defence superhero. 'Section 75' of the Consumer Credit Act means your plastic must protect anything you buy for more than £100 for free, so if there's a problem or the company goes bust, you can still get your money back.
And although Section 75 doesn't apply to debit cards, there is something else to fall back on if you've paid using a debit card, or used a credit card for a purchase under £100. Known as Chargeback, this is part of banks' and card companies' internal rules and not a legal requirement. Read full details of Section 75 or Chargeback, plus how to claim, in our guides.
What the * means above
If a link has an * by it, that means it is an affiliated link and therefore it helps MoneySavingExpert stay free to use, as it is tracked to us. If you go through it, it can sometimes result in a payment or benefit to the site. It's worth noting this means the third party used may be named on any credit agreements.
You shouldn’t notice any difference and the link will never negatively impact the product. Plus the editorial line (the things we write) is NEVER impacted by these links. We aim to look at all available products. If it isn't possible to get an affiliate link for the top deal, it is still included in exactly the same way, just with a non-paying link.
