If you click a link with an * to go through to a provider, we may get paid. This usually only happens if you get a product from it. This is what funds our team of journalists, and keeps us free to use. Yet there are two crucial things you need to know about this.
- This never impacts our editorial recommendations – if it's in, it's in there because we independently rate it best.
- You'll always get as good a deal (or better) than if you went direct.

£1 kids' books, eg, Frozen, Horrid Henry
100+ titles. Also incl teachers' resources. £10 min spend
ExpiredIf you go online to kids' bookseller Scholastic* you can choose from more than 100 children's book titles for between 50p and £2 each (most are £1), until 11.59pm on Fri 6 Jul. For teachers, there are some heavily discounted teaching resources too.
There's a £10 minimum spend and delivery's £3 – so it's best for stocking up on lots of books in one go – though stock can be limited, so go quick if you're after anything in particular. For another book bundle deal, see The Works 10 kids' picture books for £10.
Note: Scholastic's sale page is a little bit unusual. It's essentially an online order form, so you simply scroll down the list and type a number in the 'QTY' (quantity) boxes below all the books you want to buy, then press 'Place order' at the bottom of the page. You'll then be asked to give your delivery details, but will be given chance to review what's in your basket before you pay.
