If you click a link with an * to go through to a provider, we may get paid. This usually only happens if you get a product from it. This is what funds our team of journalists, and keeps us free to use. Yet there are two crucial things you need to know about this.
- This never impacts our editorial recommendations – if it's in, it's in there because we independently rate it best.
- You'll always get as good a deal (or better) than if you went direct.

If you sign up to the free Sephora (formerly Feel Unique) rewards scheme, you can get 20% off for your birthday. It will be sent via email three days before your birthday, so you'll need to sign up in advance. It's valid for seven days from the date of issue, so you'll only have four days after your birthday to use it. There are quite a few brands which are excluded from this – see a full list in 'more info' below.
Simply sign up, select your two favourite brands (you'll get a separate 10% discount on these) and add your date of birth. The offer isn't valid on electrical items - see full T&Cs.

- Ted Baker M eau de toilette* - £10.50 (was £32). Next cheapest, £12 at Amazon*.

Important: Don’t allow yourself to be taken in by the hype around Black Friday and be sucked into buying something you don’t need or can’t afford. Always do your own price comparisons to ensure you are getting the best deal possible – don’t just take a retailer’s word for it.
