Trip.com deals & discount codes

2 Current Deals
New users only. Via MSE Blagged code. For travel until April 2026. Includes returns.
Travel booking platform Trip.com* is offering new users 10% off all flight bookings (excluding taxes and fees) originating in the UK.
Enter the MSE Blagged code MSENU10 at Trip.com* or via the free Trip.com app*.
The deal ends at 11.59pm on 1 September 2025. It's valid on trips from now until 4 April 2026. Return flights are eligible too, so long as you fly out from a UK airport on the outward leg.
Trip.com pulls prices in from the airlines so they should be similar to going direct. Though always compare using price comparison sites first and be aware other booking platforms may have their own discounts running. Our top picks are Kayak*, Momondo* and Google Flights, plus there's Skyscanner*, Expedia* and others.
The code doesn't apply to taxes
Taxes and fees are excluded from the discount. This is why your discounted price won't be exactly 10% less than the full price.
Our spot checks gave an average discount of 7.13%, with 1.61% being the lowest and 9.96% the highest.
What are taxes?
The price you pay for a flight is made up of the fare, plus airport, airline and fuel taxes. These taxes can range from a few quid to a couple of hundred pounds, depending on the distance covered by the flight.
See how to claim back the tax known as Air Passenger Duty if you miss or cancel a flight.
Anything else to know?
The code also can't be stacked with Trip.com's '£10 off for new app users' offer. It can be used three times per user. A booking can include a maximum of nine passengers. It can be used on any travel class, eg, Economy, Business.
Which airlines are included?
Trip.com works with over 680 international airlines, including British Airways, Easyjet, Emirates, Singapore Airlines, KLM, Qatar Airways, Lufthansa and Wizz Air.
What should I do if something goes wrong with my flight?
For flight delays/cancellations with 24 hours' notice or more, Trip.com will contact you to arrange an alternative flight or refund. If you need to get in touch, you can call Trip.com or start a live chat.
For notification of delays/cancellations within the 24 hours before the flight, the airline will contact you directly. If you need to contact your airline, browse our table for its contact details.
For more like this, see our Easyjet tricks and Cheap flights guides.
More info
Don't forget to check your flight on the airline's website too
After booking with Trip.com, it's worth checking your flight directly with the airline's website, as it may have the most up to date information on things like check-in and flight changes. You'll usually need your flight number, which you can find in your Trip.com booking confirmation email.
For Ryanair you'll need to verify your booking directly via its Ryanair verification hub. If you don't verify, and you then check in online, you might need to report to the Ryanair desk at the airport at least two hours before departure and pay a fee.
Via code. Requires you to purchase any train ticket to activate the railcard
A railcard can put you on the right track for some decent savings, especially if you take the train often, as these cards get you one-third off most rail fares.
Railcards currently cost £35 for one-year or £80 for three years, but if you're new to either TrainPal* or Trip.com* third-party booking sites, you can use a code to get 25% off a digital railcard (one that's stored on your phone). That'll make it £26.25 for a one-year railcard, or £60 for three years. If you aren't new to either site, you can still get 10% off.
There are a couple of hoops to go through, as you may also need to buy any train ticket (no minimum spend) to activate the railcard, but we explain how it works below.
Note: The railcard can only be accessed via the TrainPal or Trip.com app (depending on which site you purchase from). You can't transfer it to the official Railcard app after purchasing.
To get 25% off a digital railcard...
-
Via TrainPal*, use the code MSE25 (if buying through its app or website you'll also need to purchase a train ticket to activate the railcard as explained below)
-
Via Trip.com*, use the code MSETRIPRC25 (you'll also need to buy any train ticket to activate the railcard as explained below)
Remember, you need to be a new customer of the site you purchase through.
How the 25% off code works
-
Sign up for a free account at TrainPal* or Trip.com*. If you're given the option to enter the code while signing up, you can – pick the correct code above and enter it in the 'Promo code (optional)' box.
-
Once signed in, select the Account/Member icon and then 'Promo Codes'. Or in the app, go to the 'Account' tab and tap 'Vouchers & Promo Code'.
-
If you entered the code while signing up, your 25% off voucher will appear here. If you didn't, enter it in the 'Enter promo code' box ('Enter code' in the app) to add it to this section.
-
Go to the TrainPal* or Trip.com* digital railcards page and choose the railcard you want. The discount should be automatically applied.
-
Neither site charges a booking fee, and there's no minimum spend, so when buying a ticket to activate your railcard, you could just buy the cheapest possible fare. If you don't activate your railcard, you'll be issued an automatic refund.
The code can only be used to buy one of the following digital railcards: 16-17 Saver, 16-25 Railcard, 26-30 Railcard, Family & Friends' Railcard, Network Railcard, Senior Railcard and Two Together Railcard. The offer excludes the Disabled Person's Railcard and Veterans' Railcard. The offer's limited to one railcard per account.
The codes are valid until 11.59pm on Wednesday 31 December.
Maximise the discount by getting 5% off your first train ticket purchase
In addition to the railcard offer above, you can also get 5% off your first UK train ticket purchase – so you could use this discount when buying the train ticket needed to activate your railcard when bought via the TrainPal app or Trip.com site and app.
-
For TrainPal, you can use the same code as above, MSE25
-
For Trip.com, the 5% off code is MSETRIP5 and this can be stacked with the railcard code above
You don't have to purchase a railcard to use the 5% off code – it's open to anyone new to TrainPal/Trip.com making their first UK train ticket purchase until 11.59pm on Wednesday 31 December.
Existing TrainPal or Trip.com user? Get 10% off a digital railcard and 2% off your first train ticket
The below codes get a one-year railcard for £26.25 instead of £35, or £60 for three years instead of £80.
-
For TrainPal*, enter the code MSE25
-
For Trip.com*, enter the code MSETRIPRC10 for 10% off a digital railcard, and the code MSETRIP2 for 2% off your first train ticket purchase
See our Cheap train tickets guide for more ways to save on rail fares.

Important: Don't get caught up in the Black Friday hype, and keep our money mantras in mind – only ever buy what you need and can afford. You should always do your own price comparisons to ensure you’ve found the best deal available – don't simply take a retailer's word for it.

Can you fly to Malaga or Lyon for £4 or less one way?*

Get £10 off per person on selected flights. Existing Trip.com app users only
If you registered for the free Trip.com app* run by travel booking platform Trip.com* when we mentioned it in the MSE Money Tips email, you'll have three '£10 off per passenger' discounts available. Pair this discount with its Low Fare Finder deals and it's possible to find really cheap flights in the app, mostly for travel in January, February and March.
Most of the really cheap flights are with Easyjet; a few are with Wizz Air.
Unfortunately, the £10 off was only available to new app users who signed up before 1 January 2025. If you've registered since then, you won't get it – but you can still take advantage of the Low Far Finder.
The discounts will expire on 28 February 2025.
How to book
Download the free app, then navigate to this deal in your mobile browser and select this link: Low Fare Finder. It will open in the app. Browse the routes and dates to find one you want. The £10 per-passenger discount will already be added. What's more, you can use the same discount on your next two app bookings as well. Watch our Instagram reel for a visual demo.
For the lowest prices, you’ll need to book two single flights
The discount works on one-way as well as return flights, but the 'Low Fare Finder' showcases super-cheap one-way trips only. You can still grab a bargain by searching for a single trip returning home and playing with the dates. Go quick if you see a flight you want – some of the bargains we saw were no longer available an hour later.

In the past we've seen £1 tickets to Tirana, £4 tickets to Faro and more.
Examples of recent deals we spotted
When we looked on Wednesday 22 January, we spied these single flights:
-
Luton to Malaga, one way, Feb – £4
-
Bristol to Madrid, one way, Feb – £4
-
Luton to Agadir, one way, Mar – £4
-
Manchester to Lyon, one way – £4
-
Luton to Paris, one way, Mar – £5
-
Liverpool to Amsterdam, one way, Mar – £6
-
Glasgow to Geneva, one way, Mar – £9
Of course, you'll need to fly home too. It's possible to find super cheap flights for the return leg as well, though it takes a little trial and error. From what we've seen, these can be a little more expensive than the outward leg.
Go quick if you spot a flight you want – we've seen similar offers disappear fast.
Be aware these are prices for flights only – you may need to pay for extras, such as luggage.
You can also add price alerts within the app so that you're notified when prices for a particular route drop below a certain price.
Trip.com told us this offer is ongoing.

Martin's Money Mantras
Use them
If you answer 'NO' to any of the following questions, don't buy.
Are you
Will I use it?
Is it worth it?
Are you
Do I need it?
Can I afford it?
Free protection for all shopping!
And although Section 75 doesn't apply to debit cards, there is something else to fall back on if you've paid using a debit card, or used a credit card for a purchase under £100. Known as Chargeback, this is part of banks' and card companies' internal rules and not a legal requirement. Read full details of Section 75 or Chargeback, plus how to claim, in our guides.
What the * means above
If a link has an * by it, that means it is an affiliated link and therefore it helps MoneySavingExpert stay free to use, as it is tracked to us. If you go through it, it can sometimes result in a payment or benefit to the site. It's worth noting this means the third party used may be named on any credit agreements.
You shouldn’t notice any difference and the link will never negatively impact the product. Plus the editorial line (the things we write) is NEVER impacted by these links. We aim to look at all available products. If it isn't possible to get an affiliate link for the top deal, it is still included in exactly the same way, just with a non-paying link.
