  • FREE £5ish 'The Librarian of Auschwitz' book

FREE £5ish 'The Librarian of Auschwitz' book

In WHSmith standalone stores only, via O2 app

    Now Ended

Smartphone users can get a free copy of the book The Librarian of Auschwitz in most WHSmith stores via the O2 Priority app. Simply show the code from the app to staff at the checkout. It's due to last until Tue 17 Dec but could end before if all the codes run out.

O2 wasn't able to tell us exactly how many codes were left, so you'll need to go quick if you want this.

    How to get it

If you're on O2 and you haven't got the app already, you can download it for free from Apple's App Store or Google Play for Android. Open the app, search for WHSmith and the offer (and your nearest participating store) should appear.

Once you redeem the offer, it'll give you a unique code which you need to show on your smartphone in-store. Wait until you're at the checkout and have the item in your hand (so you know it's in stock) before selecting the 'use it now' option as your code will expire after two minutes.

    Not on O2?

There's a sneaky way of getting Priority offers even if you're not an O2 customer. It might be too late for you to get this deal, but you can get prepared for the next O2 Priority freebie. See our O2 Priority for EVERYONE! guide to find out how.

    • Excludes travel stores (in airports, railway stations and motorway service stations), garden centres, WHSmith Local, hospitals and workplaces.

  • 'Free' limited edition Game of Thrones Dragon Easter egg

'Free' limited edition Game of Thrones Dragon Easter egg

Via coupon inside this week's (14 Apr) Mail on Sunday

If you buy this Sunday's edition (14 Apr) of the Mail on Sunday - which costs £1.80 - there's a coupon inside for a free limited edition Game of Thrones Dragon Easter egg.

The egg will be available to collect on Sun 14 Apr only at WHSmith highstreet stores across the UK or Eason stores in NI, while stocks last. The Mail on Sunday has told us that there's 50,000 eggs available.

The Easter egg is a 100g, official Game of Thrones Dragon egg, which has been made exclusively for Sky Atlantic and so it's not possible to buy elsewhere. This makes it a little tricky to price compare it against other Easter eggs, but a small, 72g Cadbury Easter egg costs around £1 in most supermarkets.
