A few of this week's top threads
Here's a selection of what caught our eye recently:
Where do people advertise used cars for private sale these days?
Is it worth trying to sell a job lot of Magic: The Gathering cards?
How can I improve this corner of my garden on a shoestring budget?
One Forumite has acquired a big stash of Magic: The Gathering cards but isn't sure if they're worth anything
Help me find inexpensive software for managing and printing my photos
Give me some tips before I start painting the internal doors in my house
What's your experience of using online pharmacies for repeat prescriptions?
Money Moral Dilemma
Every week, the Money Tips email features a real-life Money Moral Dilemma (MMD for short). They're intended to encourage debate and, as such, they're usually among the most discussed threads each week.
Friends cancelled our reunion at short notice - should they pay for my hotel?
Last year, a group of friends I'd lost touch with arranged a get-together with me. We decided to do it again this year, agreed the dates and location, and said we'd book our own accommodation. Three weeks before, however, they pulled out - this left me extremely sad for the lost friendships and because no one had told me earlier. I'm now left with an expensive hotel booking I don't need and can't cancel. Should I ask the rest of the group to foot my bill?
See what our MSE Forumites had to say and add your own thoughts on the Money Moral Dilemma discussion thread. Do please stick to the MSE Forum rules: keep it kind and keep it clean. Remember, there's a real person behind every dilemma.

Photo of the week
Twopenny's snap of seals enjoying the Devon coastline has to be the best picture of the week, and a reminder that there are plenty of amazing sights to see around the UK simply by taking a walk ... what could be more MoneySaving than that?
Please note: We love seeing your photos in the MSE Forum, but if you're uploading one, make sure it doesn't include any personally-identifiable information such as your face or address.
