We can tell you which the cheapest broadband providers are, but to keep the customer service ratings updated, we need your help. Please rate your BROADBAND provider on customer service (not price) over the past SIX MONTHS. Switched broadband recently? Rate the provider you were with the longest over the last SIX MONTHS.

Savings rates have crept up slightly since last week’s base rate rise. If your savings are earning less than 1%, it’s time to move (see Top Savings Accounts). Yet we know switching savings isn’t everyone’s top priority, even though we'd urge you to think again – so when was the last time you moved your cash into a higher-paying account? Please choose the option CLOSEST to your situation. (If you use current accounts to save, include the last time you switched bank.)

It’s peak summer, so time for a question we ask every year… if and when you travel abroad, how do you usually spend? For how we think it’s cheapest, see Travel Credit Cards. If you use a combination of methods, pick the one you use most often…

Untitled Document Last year, retail heavyweight Amazon reportedly accounted for over a third of online spending in the UK – suggesting it’s the first port of call for many, especially those who pay £79 a year for its Prime service (see Martin’s Amazon Prime's commercial genius blog). So we want to know if you still compare prices when shopping online, or whether you just head to Amazon out of habit? Please select the option closest to your view, EXCLUDING GROCERIES…

In the last few years up to 10 million more people have started saving into private pensions due to auto-enrolment (for a full explanation read Martin’s message to every employee). So we wanted to know how much you AND/OR your employer (where relevant) contribute towards your pension. Please select the CLOSEST option to the total contributions being made to a private pension this tax year.

There are now only eight months to go until the official date we leave the EU. Over the weekend the cabinet agreed a compromise (with itself) over our trade-negotiating stance, then like a dripping tap the resignations started. Yet there is now sort of a plan in place, so how do you feel about Brexit and how the negotiations are going? Which of these is CLOSEST to your view? PS: It’s likely the proportion of leave/remain voters won’t match the actual vote, as this isn’t a statistical sample of the UK population. More interesting is how each group of voters now feels.

Since the turn of the year over 7,000 jobs have been lost following high street shop closures, and more are under threat as many switch to online shopping. So how many of you still shop in stores vs online? (Count click-and-collect as online shopping.) Please select one option CLOSEST to your view, EXCLUDING GROCERIES AND BIG ONE-OFFS (such as cars or holidays).

We want to find out how each provider rates both for service (how they treat you) and coverage (how strong the signal is when you need it). In truth there are only four main networks providing signals, the rest use these but under their own brand (see our mobile networks guide for who piggybacks who). Yet vote for the firm that provides your mobile phone bill, as signal can differ. Please vote for your current provider based on customer service AND coverage over the last year.

Scams are getting more professional. Nearly 1 in 5 are now complex, polished and involve legal and financial elements. We all need to guard ourselves – see 30+ Ways to Stop Scams. However, some are embarrassed that they’ve been scammed and don’t admit it. Which of these is CLOSEST to your view?

We used to let the train take the strain – though in the last few weeks rail chaos has meant it’s been the cause of it. Privatisation over 20 years ago means our trains are currently run by 30 private rail firms. Could renationalising – taking it all back into public ownership – be the solution? It’s a complex debate, so just opt for which of these is CLOSEST to your view.
