THIS WEEK'S POLL How do you prefer to contact customer services? Many firms' phone lines were overwhelmed during the pandemic, leading many people to try new contact methods such as live chats. With life slowly going back to normal, are you inclined to choose a different way to contact customer services? Vote in this week's poll. Nearly two-thirds of you do most of your shopping online. Last week, we asked you how much of your shopping is online versus in store. Over 60% of the 4,700 who responded said they do most of their shopping online, compared with just 25% who prefer to shop in store (and the rest said they didn't have a preference). See the full online shopping poll results. |

MONEY MORAL DILEMMA Should I share the cashback I got for booking a holiday with my friends? My friends and I have been planning to go away together, but no one would bite the bullet and book the holiday. In the end I did, which meant paying for everyone on my credit card. I used a cashback website, which means I'm due about £60 back from it. Should I keep the money because I did the work, including finding the best deal and making sure everyone had paid what they owed me, or should I share it with my friends as their money helped earn the cashback?
