THIS WEEK'S POLL How do you rate your broadband provider? We can tell you which are the cheapest broadband firms, but to keep our customer service ratings updated, we need your help. So please tell us how do you rate your broadband provider? TalkTalk TV and PlayStation Now are MoneySavers' least-used subscriptions. Last week, we asked how often you use the subscriptions you pay for - and over 2,000 people responded. A whopping 85% of those shelling out for TalkTalk TV, and 82% for PlayStation Now, told us they hadn't used them in over a year - more than any other service. In contrast, Sky TV and Netflix were the most used, with 81% and 78% respectively watching at least a few times a week. See full subscription poll results. |

MONEY MORAL DILEMMA Should we change the way we split household costs because we're having a baby? My partner and I have always split every cost 50/50 at my request, despite her earning more than me. Now we've a baby on the way, she'll be taking maternity leave and so temporarily earning significantly less. Should we maintain the status quo, or should we now split costs proportionally or even combine our wages fully? WHAT'S THE BEST THING YOU'VE EVER GOT ON FREECYCLE OR FREEGLE? That's all for this week, but before we go... we asked MoneySavers for their best freebies from these sites where people pass unwanted items to other for free - and were inundated with hauls of free office chairs, slow cookers, guitars, BBQs and even a 1930s fireplace. One MoneySaver lucked out with a free bouncy castle large enough to fill their entire garden - providing years of fun for their kids. To read the full list of free finds, or add your own, head to our Freecycle and Freegle Facebook post. We hope you save some money, stay safe, |
