Sprint to The National Running Show website and enter the code MSE to get free tickets for the event on Saturday 25 January and Sunday 26 January at the NEC in Birmingham – your ticket's valid for both days. Doors open at 9am, and close at 5pm.
We've got 5,000 free tickets available until 11.59pm on Sunday 12 January, or until they're all claimed, whichever's sooner. Once registered, you'll get confirmation from See Tickets, then your actual tickets will be sent a week before the event. You can print your tickets, or just show them on your phone on the day.
Adult tickets normally cost £18 (it's usually free for under-16s if they're with an adult). You can get up to two adult tickets and four child tickets per order.

What is The National Running Show?
As the name suggests, it's a show covering all things running, whether you're a beginner gearing up for your first 5k or a seasoned marathon runner. There will be exhibitors and stalls from brands such as Adidas, Sweaty Betty and Asics to name a few, as well as guest speakers including Sir Mo Farah, Hardest Geezer (Russ Cook) and Dame Denise Lewis DBE.
