If you go online to Millets* and enter the code SALE15 at the checkout, you can get an extra 15% off everything in its 'up to 50% off' sale until 11.59pm on Mon 11 Jun. Delivery's £2.99, or for £1 you can click & collect from a store (find your nearest*).

For those who'd rather shop in store, you can bag the same discount by either printing the voucher T&Cs* from the Millets website, or showing them on your phone at the till. Though as it's a sale, there's no guarantee what you need will be in stock.

Sale items we spotted online on Tue 5 Jun include:

• Multimat roll-up camper mat* - £4.25 (£5 before the code, was £9)
• Eurohike flocked single airbed* - £5.95 (£7 before the code, was £20)
• Eurohike sleeping bag* - £7.65 (£9 before the code, was £20)

We couldn't find these items cheaper anywhere else, but don't assume Millets will be cheapest for everything. Even when there's a code you should always do your own price comparisons.

If you go online to outdoor clothing and equipment retailer Mountain Warehouse, you can get up to 50% off selected camping items in its sale. Delivery's £4.50 or free if you spend over £50. You can click and collect in store (find your nearest) for £2.50, or if you spend £20+ it's free.

As is the nature of sales, stock is limited so you'll have to go quick if there's something you want. You may also find selected items in the sale in stores too, but prices and stock will vary.

Go online to outdoor clothing and equipment retailer Blacks, or into a store (find your nearest), and you'll find discounts of up to 50% off selected camping gear - perfect for festival season and the hot weather. Delivery's £3.99 or £1 if you click and collect in store.

On Wed 17 Aug, Blacks told us there's no official end date to the sale, and that stock levels are good, with more lines being added.
